Dec/2025 to present - Founder at FMode Club - FMode Club is my current venture, where I build solutions using AI Agents and AI Coding techniques, for varied architectures and stacks, running on my own infrastructure. Each solution becomes material that the club members rebuild from scratch, since the real value lies in the process. My goal is to sharpen the technical skills of developers and founders so that they can build their own solutions, driving their own interactions with the agents.

Apr/2025 to Dec/2025 - Full Stack Developer at BNP Paribas - I worked for BNP Paribas through a consultancy (HN Services) in the project Scarlet. My main activites involved the developement of Java / Spring Boot projects and their integration with tools such as GitLab, Argo CD, Kubernetes, etc.

Nov/2024 to Apr/2025 - Software Developer at OSO (Fixed-term contract, 6 month) - Working for OSO for the second time (see the first), I worked on building two Snowplow's Solution Accelerators (open-source software - 1, 2, 3). I also developed software (closed-source) for an internal project (Deetox - a Python project integrated with OpenAI API’s) and for another OSO’s customer (Colliers) where I worked with Kafka in a .NET project.

Sep/2023 to Oct/2024 - Senior Software Developer at GLS Group - Working for GLS Group as a Java Backend Developer through a consultancy (HN Services), I have been involved in modernising several projects developed by Team Pasteis (more than 20). The evolution consisted of updating the JDK versions and libraries used by the projects. With these updates, we have drastically reduced the security vulnerabilities identified by Snyk. Additionally, I have also worked on integrating the projects with Keycloak, which is now responsible for the authentication and authorisation processes.

Oct/2019 to Aug/2023 - Founder and Web3 Developer of Finisher Tech - Finisher Tech was a personal project where I invested my time in developing software using technologies like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Visualisation to produce Move-To-Earn DApps for the wellness area. May/2022 to Jul/2022 - Senior Software Developer at ília - I acted as a backend developer using JavaScript and TypeScript focusing on security issues (as seen this video). In parallel, I worked in the innovation area to bring a culture of developing decentralized applications (DApps) to the company using Blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and NEAR. This educational process was initiated before I rejoined ília as an employee by offering them mentoring on Web3 technologies through my own company. Read more …​
