How do I gain time?
I use the best programming languages and tools that I consider smart to solve my problems.
I evaluate the right thing to choose depending on the needs.
If I need to learn something new to do a better job, I quickly learn.
I like to automate process that I need to follow, even the simplest.
I need space in my brain to learn new things.
So, to gain it, I need to release my ideas(and/or code)inside blog posts1 (pt-br) or writing docs (and/or code) in my GitHub account.
What kind of work I'm currently doing?
2016-10 → Today: Today I am working as an independent consultant. Currently:
I’m working for a customer (a Brazilian company) to integrate their application to public blockchains (Bitcoin and Dash).
This company has an application that runs on notaries offices.
I’m developing an API (in Python).
It will be called from the company’s software.
This API will write the hashes of notary documents on the blockchains.

Working for Red Hat, I did:
√ 2017-03: I did a big effort to migrate a Java EE monolithic application from Weblogic to JBoss EAP 7. But, I was unsuccessful because many components from this application was very old and need to be upgraded before this migration.
Working for Red Hat, I did:
√ 2016-10 → 2017-02: I developed a framework (jboss-domain-mode-scripts) to install new environments that runs Red Hat JBoss EAP 6.4 on RHEL. Also, I migrate several Java EE applications from an older JBoss EAP version (5.x) to that new environments (local, integration, uat and production).
2015-10 → 2016-09: I worked for Cebraspe as a project manager.
√ I led a small team (some few developers and devops guys 12). We designed a Computer Based Test (CBT) solution (programmed in Node.js to run on Docker containers).
